Unlocking the Power of Strategic Branding
Learn the key steps to building a brand identity that captures attention and drives long-term loyalty.

Every engagement starts with a Clarity Call. We learn what’s actually happening in your marketing right now —what you’re spending, what you’re getting back, and what you’re unsure about. From there, we name the real problem underneath the surface one.
We come back with what we’re seeing, walk through the options and the tradeoffs, and recommend the next step. For more complex situations, the work becomes a written Clarity Brief that captures your strategic direction, priorities, and a realistic plan you can take into a budget conversation, a board meeting, or a leadership decision.
We don't hand you a plan and walk away. We manage the media, coordinate the vendors, keep every channel working together, and stay present as the business and the environment evolve. The structure follows the situation.
The decisions and marketing areas we help clients think through before committing time, budget, or momentum.
We help clarify channel mix, audience fit, timing, and where the next dollar belongs — so spending decisions are made with more confidence and less waste.

We manage the channels, coordinate the vendors, and keep every part of the mix working in the same direction — one unified system instead of five disconnected efforts.
We define the role social and content should play in your broader marketing — including whether they deserve the attention they’re currently getting.
We help sharpen positioning, message hierarchy, and brand direction — so identity and creative decisions are grounded in something more than instinct.
We clarify what needs to be said, who it needs to reach, and how it should come across — before anything gets written, designed, or launched.
We assess campaign readiness, timing, and strategic fit — so the next promotional move is intentional ratherthan reactive.
Built for businesses and organizations that value clarity, thoughtful strategy, and honest partnership — especially when the next move matters.

Independent businesses managing four or five vendor relationships with nobody connecting the dots. You’re spending, you’re reporting, you’re fielding sales calls — but you can’t cleanly say what’s actually working. You need a strategic partner, not another vendor selling ad space.

Professionals and firms whose marketing has to match the quality of their work. Sharper positioning, clearer messaging, and a media plan that actually reaches the right clients — grounded in strategy, not in whichever rep called this quarter.

Purpose-led companies whose marketing has to work as hard as their mission. Clear messaging, smart media spend, and decisions that hold up to the people they care about most —customers, members, and the community around them.

Tourism bureaus, transit authorities, nonprofits, and community-serving organizations operating under board accountability and lean internal capacity. We help leaders understand what they actually have, what’s actually working, and what a realistic next step looks like — before more time, money, or board capital is committed.
What clarity-first strategy looks like in practice.

These aren’t outcome promises. They’re the kinds of clarity the work tends to produce when the strategy comes before the spend.

When a fragmented vendor environment gets looked at as one picture, things become visible that weren’t before. Which channels are pulling weight. Which ones are coasting. Where the next dollar belongs — and where the last one quietly got wasted.

Purpose-led businesses often know what they stand for but lose precision in how they say it. The work tends to surface the gap between what’s meant and what’s landing — and then
close it.

For organizations carrying board accountability and lean internal capacity, the work tends to surface what’s actually working in language the board recognizes — and what a defensible next step looks like before more is committed.

Adgorithm Agency was founded by Denise Kovaleski, an award-winning media and marketing strategist who helps businesses and organizations make clearer decisions before they commit more time, money, or momentum.
Denise spent nearly thirty years inside the regional media business — in production, ad sales, campaign strategy, and the rooms where buying decisions get made. That perspective shapes how Adgorithm works. She spent three decades on the vendor side of the table and now works from the client side as a strategist and operator, with a clear-eyed view of how this market buys and what it rewards.
Adgorithm works with established businesses across the region — home services, retail, professional services, financial — where the real problem is usually fragmented vendors, incomplete reporting, and nobody connecting the picture. It also works with public-impact organizations where the pressure looks different: board scrutiny, lean staff, fiscal-year cycles, and decisions that have to hold up to people outside the marketing conversation. The work is different in each case. The discipline is the same.
When the path is clear, Adgorithm moves forward with clients — managing strategy, media, and execution as an ongoing partner, not a one-time advisor.
“I built Adgorithm to help businesses and organizations make smarter marketing decisions before momentum turns into misalignment.”
